Under conventional climate and environment, the service life of the container house steel frame is 20 years.
What designs do you have for different climates?
Strong wind regions: we improve the wind resistance of the internal structure. Cold regions: thicker walls or better insulation, and higher anti-pressure capacity. High corrosion regions: corrosion-resistant materials or anti-corrosive coating.
How do you handle quality problems?
The warranty is 2 years. Within the warranty period we are responsible for all quality problems caused by our production.
How do you control quality?
1. Design quality: we think about possible problems in advance and provide a high-quality design. 2. Raw material quality: only qualified raw materials. 3. Production quality: precise manufacturing, experienced workers and strict inspection.
What is your delivery time?
Normally 7–20 days after the deposit is received. For large orders, the delivery time is negotiated.
Can I customise the size and interior?
Yes. Size, layout, facade, windows and doors, kitchen, bathroom and utilities can all be customised, with a free plan and renderings.
